This is an intriguing idea. An organization in India has developed a training program for people with visual impairments to work in the perfume industry. I'm a bit conflicted about this idea, because I am not sure it's accurate to say that people with visual impairments aren't biased with regard to advertising. However, it's obviously better for people to have jobs than not to have them, so I think I'm being too sensitive.
What do you think? Is training and hiring someone based on their visual impairment a good idea or one that needs a bit of revision?
